This document establishes the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use (EULA) for using GhibiStudio.
PRIVACY POLICY
Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how Rainy Day Logic collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the GhibiStudio application.
1. Data Collection and Storage
GhibiStudio is designed to respect your privacy. We do not collect, store, or process personally identifiable data or drawing data directly through the application. Your diagrams and preferences are saved locally on your own device.
2. Real-Time Collaboration
The optional real-time collaboration feature utilizes end-to-end encryption. Rainy Day Logic does not hold decryption keys and does not store or access your collaboration data.
3. Telemetry and Billing Data
We may collect anonymous technical crash reports automatically (via app stores like the Microsoft Store) solely to fix bugs. App distribution and billing are managed by the Microsoft Store under its own terms and policies.
END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) / TERMS OF USE
1. License Grant
Rainy Day Logic grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to download, install, and use the application strictly for personal and non-commercial use on your compatible devices.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to license, sell, rent, distribute, modify, derive, decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties
The software is provided 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE', with all faults and defects, without warranty of any kind. Use of the Application is at your sole risk.
4. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall the developer be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Application.
